註1：在這裡提到的「Sunset」其實是暗喻生命的誕生，而所謂的「Can’t Get Out」，指的是生命是條單向道，一旦出生就只能繼續下去，無法再輕易「離開」。

註2：成為「生命」之後雖然擁有許多限制，但同時也允許我們可以去探究追尋「更大的光景」，這裡的「更大光景」可以指宇宙運行的奧秘、生命的意義等。

註3：心靈一旦解放之後(see bigger picture)，將變得更開闊而自由，同時也代表你無法再走回原本狹隘的思想(Home)了。

註4：在這裡的「Stones」指得是穩定的人生道路。截至目前的歌詞是說生命誕生之後，開始學習、擁有智慧，隨著知識的不斷提升，會發現根本沒有所謂的「人生必勝方程式」，我們還是要靠著自己的力量繼續走著這條漫長的人生旅程。

註5：對於「chasing shadows」，大致上有兩種說法。其中一個認為陰影代表人生中的繁瑣、不切實際，與其追求虛無的榮華富貴又患得患失，不如真切的感受生命旅程的美好。另一個說法是認為陰影代表我們過往的陰影，我們應該不要活在過去，被過往的情緒、回憶幽影困住，活在當下、感受人生。
