談到情歌，Mazzy Star《Fade into You》的癡情單戀讓人心酸不已、Damien Rice《The Blower’s Daughter》唱出被拒絕的低落、伍佰的《愛情的盡頭》將失戀的情緒揮散到煙消雲散。但Peral Jam的這首《Black》可是能讓剛失戀的人消沉到谷底。

身為90’的Grunge大團，Pearl Jam的光彩雖然常被另一個大團Nirvana掩蓋，但主唱Eddie Vedder的渾厚唱功與Kurt Cobain的嘶吼唱腔各有千秋，尤其這首《Black》把分手的情傷唱得痛徹心肺，絕望的情緒就像歌名《Black》一樣，將眼中所見都染成了黑暗，堪稱最令人心碎的悲情歌曲。我想，感人的歌曲應該都是誕生於真切的情感上，也因為親身經歷過，才能打動人心。
